Sandi Lindgren, PhD, LICSW, PCC

Hi, I’m Sandi. I am an experienced executive and leadership coach specializing in empowering professionals, leaders, and teams to thrive. My background as a clinical social worker and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) uniquely positions me to integrate mental fitness, emotional intelligence, and a trauma-informed approach into leadership development.

As the founder of iSupportYOUth! LLC, I originally focused on youth development but have since expanded my work to coaching leaders in youth- and family-serving organizations, including state agencies, educational institutions, and nonprofits. My coaching, consulting, and training services are designed to enhance leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and mental fitness within mission-driven organizations. I equip leaders with the tools to build resilience, foster team collaboration, and drive meaningful change in their workplaces. My Mission

My mission is to support leaders and professionals in youth- and family-serving organizations by helping them increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop leadership skills. Through coaching, mentoring, and consulting, I empower these leaders to foster thriving environments that positively impact their teams, the youth, and the families they serve.

My Vision

I envision a world where every young person has the opportunity to develop to their full potential, supported by knowledgeable and skilled adults. By equipping leaders in youth- and family-serving organizations with the tools, compassion, and skills they need to create supportive environments, I aim to foster growth, learning, and well-being for both the leaders and the youth they serve. My vision is for organizations to continuously support and uplift youth and families, ensuring everyone involved thrives.

"I had the opportunity to spend a year with Sandi as a Leadership coach. She guided me with intentional questions, activities, and reflections. She helped me focus on my strengths and helped to make me more trusting of myself and my intuitive thoughts. With her guidance, I grew as a leader and person, and I will forever be grateful."  -Eleanor Andrews, Senior Operations Manager Project ECHO Education Team

"Her coaching made all of us better leaders. Sandi is the ultimate professional; she knows her stuff, has an engaging yet down-to-earth personality, and makes those she works with better. As program director, Sandi also helped me think through some of the structures and practices, helping to make my program stronger overall. I highly recommend Sandi to anyone looking for an executive coach." -Kelli R. Peterson, Ed.D. Founder and Principal Consultant of The Ed.ucateD Approach, LLC. (LinkedIn)

"This coaching helped me in my career as well as my personal life. The biggest lesson Sandi taught me is that I am in control of my life and can find answers to any questions with the right reflection and a little imagination. She led me to the answers by asking the right questions which helped me learn to think through things to find my own answers. So, instead of handing me solutions, she showed me a way to find them for myself. What a great experience and lesson for life! " -Jennie Webb, Global IT Strategy, Operations and Infastructure Leader (LinkedIn)

"I could not have been more pleased with the value Sandi added to our program. Her coaching made all of us better leaders, coaches, and me as the program director. Sandi's direct coaching relationship was extremely successful, and the coaches overwhelmingly reported that Sandi's training and support improved their knowledge, skills, and abilities related to coaching. Sandi also helped me think through some of the structures and practices related to the NACSA Leaders Program's coaching component, helping to make it stronger overall. Sandi is the ultimate professional; she knows her stuff, has an engaging yet down-to-earth personality, and makes those she works with better. I highly recommend Sandi to anyone looking for an executive coach or coaching resource." -David Greenberg, VP Authorizer Leadership & Development at NACSA (LinkedIn)
